Maccura’s SARS-CoV-2 Fluorescent PCR Kit (for the COVID-19 Coronavirus) has been approved by CE & NMPA. And it was used in many hospitals from EU & Asia & Others and got high reputation.
● Single-well triple target assay to prevent missing detection：
Simultaneous detection of the three genes of ORF1ab / E / N in 2019-nCoV. The assay has a full-process negative control, positive control and internal control.
● Add internal control and monitor the whole process：
For each test, an internal control is added to the test reagent to prevent false negative test results.
● Simulated virus to ensure quality：
The positive control and internal control of the kit are simulated RNA virus particles, which are similar to the virus structure, and they are coated with protein as well, join the extraction step with the samples at the same time, which is easier to monitor the entire experimental process and ensure the reliability of the test results.
● Optimized processes, efficient and safe：
Reagent and instrument matching verification to optimize the testing process. And it takes only two hours from sample processing to stable testing data output, which enhances the testing speed and protects the safety of the lab technicians.
Two steps of testing :
1st step is to extract RNA from the sample.
2nd step is to perform RT-PCR amplification and testing.
